Do I need Claude to use this?
Yes — Penelope is the board your Claude keeps up to date. Any Claude works: the desktop and web apps through the connector, or Claude Code in your terminal. The website itself is watch-only on purpose; nobody ever fills anything in.
What happens the moment I pay?
You get your connector credentials on the next screen — one command to paste, and your board is live. No invite to wait on, no call to book.
Can I start alone and add my team later?
That's the normal path. Start at $10, and when you want teammates on the same board, tell me and we'll move you to a team plan — you keep everything.
